Proof Process
- Initial Design Proof: After you place your order for custom party favors, we will create an initial design proof based on your specifications. This proof will include details such as colors, text, and layout.
- Review Period: You will receive the proof via email within 2 business days. Please review it carefully for accuracy and completeness.
Approval Requirements
- Response Time: You must respond to the proof email within 2 business days. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will assume you approve the design as is, and we will proceed with production.
- Revisions: If you need any changes, please provide specific feedback in your response. We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Final Approval
- Final Proof: Once you approve the final design, we will send you a confirmation email. At this point, your order will be considered final, and production will begin.
- Production Timeline: After final approval, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Shipping time will be calculated separately based on your chosen shipping method.
Important Notes
- Accuracy: Please ensure all information provided (names, dates, messages) is correct, as we are not responsible for errors after final approval.
- Colors and Design: While we strive to match colors and designs as closely as possible, please be aware that there may be slight variations due to different materials and printing processes.
